Meet the Team

Dave began his career in 1977 as a salesperson for Preston Ford and by 1981 he became a partner. Since then, he has guided Preston Automotive Group (PAG) to owning and operating 14 dealerships, 1 pre-owned dealership, 2 Quick Lane facilities, 4 auto body shops, and 2 automotive customization shops. He also owns a digital marketing company and a commercial and residential security system company. Under his leadership, DHW Holdings owns and operates over 100 commercial and residential properties across Delmarva. Along with his roles at PAG and DHW, Dave serves on multiple boards, dealer councils and advisory boards. He is also an active community philanthropist working with many local charities, schools, civic organizations, and churches.

Peggy began her professional career working for WBOC-TV and joined PAG in 1997. As the CEO of DHW Holdings, she oversees all properties and multi-million dollar construction projects. Peggy is also the Executive VP of PAG and oversees human resources, payroll, expense control, contract negotiations, and civic involvement in the community. She is actively involved in leadership and fundraising work for her church, numerous community programs and non-profit organizations.

Wendy began her career with Preston Automotive Group (PAG) in 1984 as a receptionist at Preston Ford. She has since risen through the ranks and currently serves as President of DHW Holdings. She manages accounts for more than 100 commercial properties, along with multiple residential properties. She is the primary point of contact for DHW while managing company relationships with banks, insurance companies, tenants and real estate brokers. She is at the forefront of acquisitions interacting with the sellers throughout the entire process.

Tim is General Counsel for PAG and DHW Holdings along with all of their ancillary businesses. His background is in representing auto dealers and commercial property owners, and he understands how to effectively resolve the range of issues that arise in each industry. In acquisitions, he focuses on making the legal process seamless and easy. He serves as a resource for questions and solutions including working with vendors to help with the transition.

Chris has been a member of the PAG team since 1997 and became Vice President of DHW in 2018. He is actively involved in all real estate and dealership acquisitions, running point on much of the study period for acquisitions as well as new construction and renovations for both PAG and DHW.

Karen began her professional career with Provident State Bank in November of 2010. During her 12.5 years with PSB, she served as an Executive Assistant to the Bank President and also as the Corporate Secretary. She joined DHW Holdings in May of 2023 as the Executive Assistant. Her daily duties included maintaining records, bookkeeping, managing calendars and any other duties as required. In her spare time, Karen loves to spend time with her husband and daughter. They play lots of games including video, board and card games. She is also a homeroom mom at her daughter’s school and loves supporting the school and church during their functions.
